‘Eredità’ from the Credaro Family Estate is their heritage range, crafted from
traditional Italian wine varieties. The range celebrates their Italian history and
100 years in Margaret River since their great grandfather Cesare Credaro
first planted Fragola vines in Western Australia in 1922.
Fragola in the 1930s was known as ‘Red Dynamite’ which influenced
our colour palette. The heavyweight chunky tapered bottle reinforces its
Mediterranean ethos and disrupts the category with strong shelf presence.
Launched with Fragola and Sangiovese wines, upcoming Nebbiolo,
Montepulchiano, Lagrein and Barbera have been recently grafted
in the vineyards for this Eredità range.
The desire is for these wines to be a love letter
to Europe from Australia, celebrating their history
and the amazing fertile land they call home.
